"I’ve been doing CrossFit for some time now and had gone to three other gyms before landing at Chic’s Beach CrossFit. It is by far the best gym I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of. To me it's more than just a gym, it is truly a family and my second home away from home. The gym is a great place to be pushed and test your limits. "When I first found Chic’s Beach CrossFit I was coming off of a tough pregnancy where I had gained a ton of weight, then battled postpartum depression. I wanted to be the strong and healthy mom that I had imagined I could be before having my son, but I was scared and very self conscious. I had been to other gyms in the past, but there was something different about this gym. I don’t feel ashamed here, and everyone is so quick to answer questions, help with form and give that little bit of encouragement to get through that final push in a workout.
